We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility

- In unused, unworn, and original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returned within the 30-day window.
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be accepted for a refund.

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@faoscchwwarz.it.com within the 30-day period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your order number and RMA number, and attach the provided return label.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 1-2 business days), we will process your refund.
